We want you to love your HomePulse purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email.
• Approved refunds are processed within 10–12 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in original condition.
• Items returned after the 30-day window.
